Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday

There is a refundable damage/breakage deposit which is payable 4 weeks before the arrival date. This deposit is 50% of the weekly rental fee up to a maximum of £500. On the day of your departure we will check the house with you and you can tell us if there has been any damage or breakages. Your deposit will be returned within 10 days following the end of your holiday.

The cost of electricity is included in the rental fee but we do ask that clients use the heating considerately and with due care.
